Order Placement online consists of following simple steps:

1. Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing through our store. Once you have decided to place the order, proceed by clicking "checkout" from your cart.
2. Follow the instructions on screen by providing us with the contact information (email or mobile number)* and fill out the complete postal address** where you would like to have the delivery.
3. On the final screen, select one of the payment method and click "Complete Order"
4. Take a screenshot or save the "Order Number" listed on top of the screen for future reference. ****

**Any mistakes in postal address, will result in delayed shipments. Therefore it is requested that the user inputs the exact house no, building no, street name, area, famous location nearby, post code and city name properly.

SHIPPING CHANGES
If the product has not been dispatched, the shipping address may be changed subject to terms and condition.

If it has been dispatched, there can be no modifications to the shipping address.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer Exchange.

Timing: we have a 07-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.it takes upto 14 days to process all queries.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.Any price tags, labels, original packing or accessories damaged/removed will be considered as a used product.

For returns/Exchanges please fill out the Exchange Form and then email us at info@womanofcraft.com with the subject 'Returns/Exchange' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items*.

The customer services team after reviewing the request will issue a coupon of same value valid for online store ONLY, which can be used to buy item(s) in future with a limited expiry date of 07 Days**.

Processing Time: Please allow one week (7 days) for the processing of damage and claims. During sale periods, all such claims would be entertained after the sale ends***.

During Sale periods we are not able to respond to queries regarding actual product images.

No Exchanges will be entertained during sale period.

Due to increase order volume during sale periods, not every customer will receive a confirmation call from our team.

As a general rule, if you placed an order online with a telephone number you would receive an sms confirmation. If you placed with an email address, you should have received an email confirmation with an Order Number.

Provide payment information.

Review and submit your order.

Check the Sales Order status.
